Job Summary:
As a Roof Consultant, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers by going door-to-door in designated neighborhoods to generate leads for roofing inspections and services. You will schedule appointments for the sales team and learn the fundamentals of outside roofing sales with growth opportunities into Sales 2 and closing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Canvass assigned territories daily to generate qualified roofing leads.
Deliver a compelling pitch that introduces our roofing services and encourages homeowners to schedule a free inspection.
Input and track leads and appointments into the CRM system.
Distribute marketing materials and door hangers in a professional and compliant manner.
Represent the company with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
Participate in ongoing sales and product training to rapidly progress to Roof Consultant 2.
Maintain daily activity and goal tracking sheets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
No sales experience necessary – training provided.
Willingness to walk outdoors for extended periods.
Coachable and motivated by performance-based pay.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Commission:
$50 – per qualified inspection appointment that results in a contract. Qualified appointments allow us to complete a full inspection and contingency review.
Bonus incentives for hitting weekly or monthly appointment goals.
2% of closed leads in partnership with Roofing Consultant 2 or Roofing Consultant 3 partner
Expected Weekly Earnings: $600 – $1,000 (based on activity).
